Barley grass preparation

As a daily dietary supplement for at least one month, it is recommended to dissolve one or two teaspoons of green barley grass extract in a glass of water or fruit juice three times a day - simply stir in a teaspoonful - and drink in small sips.

In the morning, drunk on an empty stomach, the extract makes you physically and mentally fit, in the afternoon the vitamin drink helps against fatigue, and in the evening it helps you fall asleep because it reduces the acid in the blood. In case of strong physical or mental stress, this quantity recommendation can be increased without hesitation.

However, one should never stir barley grass powder into hot drinks, because otherwise valuable ingredients are destroyed. Drinks with barley grass extract are ideal as a support during fasting or weight loss, in the office, while traveling, during sports. Once stirred, barley grass juice should be drunk soon to take full advantage of its biological value.
