General Terms and Conditions
In the following text, pro-natural.ch is referred to as a general term, for all persons directly involved in the creation and maintenance of pro-natural.ch. Pro-natural.ch stands for ProNatural GmbH, Rosenweg 3, CH-6330 Cham, Tel: 041 780 35 35.
(The following terms and conditions also contain legal information about your rights under the rules on contracts in distance selling and electronic commerce).
1. scope of application
For all deliveries of pro-natural.ch to consumers, these terms and conditions (GTC) apply.
2. contracting party

Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return the goods received in full or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate us for the loss in value. This shall not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection - as would have been possible for you in a store, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair their value.
Goods that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned. You have to bear the costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of CHF 40.00 or if, in case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days after sending your notice of cancellation.
4.2
Excluded from the return are:
Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature or can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to private customers within the EU and Switzerland.
4.3
Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components.
If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
4.4
Please return the goods to us as an insured package and keep the delivery receipt. We will also be happy to reimburse you in advance for the postage costs if you do not have to bear them yourself.
4.5
Before returning the goods, please contact us by e-mail at info@pro-natural.ch to announce the return. In this way you enable us to allocate the products as quickly as possible.
4.6
Please note that the modalities mentioned in paragraphs 4.3 to 4.5 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
5. prices
5.1
Our prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the statutory value added tax and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge different shipping costs for delivery, depending on the country of delivery. The shipping costs are clearly communicated on the product pages, and on the order page again.

The prices shown at the time of the order apply. Special prices are always valid only as long as they are shown on our homepage at the time of the order. Misprints, price and technical changes are reserved.

If the ordered product is not available in time because we are not supplied with this product by our supplier in time, we will inform you immediately. You are

The goods received must be checked by the recipient for completeness and correctness. Externally damaged shipments must be noted by the transport service (DPD or DHL) upon delivery.

We try to handle your ordered goods very carefully and pack them accordingly. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the delivery is damaged during transport.
- If your delivery is externally damaged, please make a note of this when you deliver the parcel to the respective carrier/transport service.
- If the contents are damaged, please give us a short message as soon as possible, at the latest within one week.
- Please do NOT return the damaged package to us.
- Please wait for our response to your damage report, in which the further procedure is described.
9. shipping costs
Our shipping costs apply, which are stated on the order form. Timeliness and accuracy of this information is not guaranteed and may be changed by us even after the order. In such a case we would contact you in advance. You can then decide whether you still want to carry out the order.

At the moment the following payment methods are available:

With the payment method "payment in advance" you pay the total amount stated on our order confirmation in advance to our bank account stated in the order confirmation. The ordered goods will be shipped to you after receipt of payment.

If you decide to use the electronic payment methods (direct debit or credit card), the order amount will first be checked and authorized by the payment system of the credit institutions cooperating with us. The debit takes place immediately after the ordered goods leave our shipping warehouse.
11. reservation of proprietary rights
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.

pro-natural.ch is liable according to the legal regulations.
