Barley is one of the oldest and most important foods. The barley grains are very healthy. However, the leaves of barley grass contain even more healthy. There are for example: chlorophyll, vitamins, proteins in special abundance and composition.
Chlorophyll is condensed sunlight and its structure is similar to the red blood pigment hemoglobin, except that in the center of the chlorophyll molecule there is a magnesium atom instead of an iron atom.
